1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Andypay platform, available at andy-pay.com, and of its payment services: branded checkout, KYC onboarding, fraud engine, real-time dashboard, payouts and API.

2. Publisher

Andypay LLC — registered address, company registration number and share capital to be completed before going live. Contact: [email protected].

3. Access to the service

Access to Andypay requires creating an account and fully accepting these terms. The user warrants the accuracy of the information provided at sign-up and during the identity verification (KYC) procedure.

4. Checkout, links and API

Andypay provides a hosted branded checkout, payment links and a REST API. The user remains solely responsible for the content, the prices and the compliance of the goods or services they collect payment for through the platform.

5. Responsibilities

Payments are processed by licensed payment partners. Andypay provides the software and infrastructure layer for accepting, scoring, settling and paying out payments; regulatory responsibility for payment processing lies with the licensed partners.

6. Compliance and anti-money laundering

Use of the platform is subject to an identity verification (KYC) procedure compliant with Directive (EU) 2015/849 and its transpositions. Andypay reserves the right to suspend any account that does not meet AML/CFT requirements.

7. Fraud engine and account security

Transactions are scored in real time by the Andypay fraud engine. The user is responsible for keeping their credentials and API keys confidential, and for any activity carried out through their account.

8. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights relating to Andypay (code, trademark, logo, visual identity, API and documentation) are reserved to Andypay LLC. Any reproduction without authorisation is prohibited.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Paris.
