1. Subscription plans
Andypay offers three subscription plans:
- Launch — €0/month, to take your first payments online
- Growth — €49/month, or €41/month billed annually
- Scale — €149/month, or €124/month billed annually
Per-transaction processing fees apply to every payment collected, according to the pricing in effect.
2. Payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, in advance. VAT applies according to the customer's jurisdiction. Invoices are available from the Andypay dashboard.
3. Cancellation
The subscription has no commitment and can be cancelled at any time from the dashboard. Access to the service remains active until the end of the paid period. No pro-rata refund.
4. Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, the user having expressly accepted this performance upon subscription.
5. Per-transaction fees
Every payment processed through Andypay is subject to per-transaction fees. Their amount depends on the chosen plan and is communicated transparently before the account goes live.
6. Payouts and treasury
Funds collected clear into the user's Andypay balance and are paid out to the connected bank account on the schedule set by the user. Payout timing may be subject to checks required by the licensed payment partners.
7. Availability and maintenance
Andypay targets a 99.99% service availability. Planned maintenance windows are announced at least 72 hours in advance.
8. Governing law
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Paris.
